Candy Cane Cookies

Max and I bought a magazine full of holiday cookies and tasty treats. I let him thumb through it and pick what he wanted to make. He picked Candy Cane cookies...personally, I say YUCK! But, who am I to deny my boy his cookie pleasure. We attempted the Candy Cane cookie recipe two weeks ago.

I say attempted, as no cookies were ever produced. I messed up and tried to use whole wheat flour. Then I put the red dye in and it turned to a dirt color. I gave up.

Max had a BLAST sifting the confectioner's sugar. If you need a helper, here's your guy!
