Max's First Pistons Game
We took Max to his first Pistons game on Wednesday, February 16, 2011. It was at the Palace of Auburn Hills in a suite and Max needed all that space for his energy and enthusiasm. Or, more accurately, he needed the suite for his sugar-induced high. He had a snow cone, cotton candy and Sprite...his aunties, Grandpa Ike and I spoiled him and I thought, why not!
He was great at the game, but he definitely had some moves to share as you will see on the video. And, he also had some flirting to do with the cheerleaders (not sure of the official name of professional sports dance/cheer folks). He waved to them as they were coming off the court into the locker room (not sure where they were going) and many of them waved back. Unfortunately, I did not get any video of the flirting, which was adorable.
We left just before half-time so he could be in bed on a school night by 10 pm...given his normal bed time is between 7-8pm, special night for him.
