Oh My Goodness Mine
Here is a quick clip of Max eating a yummy breakfast sandwich I made him in early November. My Mom, Max's Grandma Honey, is briefly in the video, along with his NYC babysitter, Barbara.
You'll get the meaning of the title as soon as you watch the video. We were all clearly entertained by Miliano.
Also, for those drooling over Max's tasty sandwich that I made him...it is from the deli downstairs in our place in Vegas. They have this luscious sandwich which I replicated, pretty well, I think. And Mark says I can't cook!?! Max's "I LIKE IT" tells a different story, eh? My Mom and Barbara loved it too!.
Start with two pieces of french toast, add one (or two) cooked eggs (however you like...I prefer cooked through, no runny yuck for Max and I), melt cheese on the egg and add a breakfast meat of your choice. Place the egg/cheese and meat on the french toast and make into a sandwich. Then, serve with a side of syrup...mmm, mmm, mmm, delicious! Max demolished the entire sandwich that day...cue proud mommy smile that I made a tasty meal for my family :-)
