Halloween 2006

Max's first Halloween, back in October 2006, he was dressed as the Pope.  Mark and I were dressed as a priest and nun respectively.  We lived in NYC on 69th Street on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.  This street has a block party and most of the houses decorate like crazy, the street is closed off and there are about 600 kids that come to your door.  Frantic and packed, but we had fun.

 At one point during the trick or treating frenzy Max, I mean the Pope fell asleep.  When the children would come up the steps they would ask if he was real and try to touch him to see if he really was real.

Max also attended our first Mommy and Me party at Dylan's Candy Shop in NYC on Upper East Side.  It happened to be their 1st Annual Halloween Party.  We...or should I say, I had fun!  Max wasn't happy with the beanie as part of his Pope costume.
